Chris draws on multi-disciplinary experience as a wealth manager, practicing attorney, and business analyst to help clients establish and achieve their financial goals. As Vice President and Financial Advisor, Chris specializes in providing investment planning and management services to individuals, families, foundations, and endowments, and helps formulate the firm’s investment strategy as a member of the Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Brouwer & Janachowski, Chris was a Vice President with Bernstein Global Wealth Management on the private client investment management team in San Francisco, providing financial and strategic planning advice to high net worth families and foundations. Chris holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University and earned his bachelor’s degree from U.C. Berkeley.
Chris is a member of the Board of Directors for the International House at U.C. Berkeley, where he serves on the Finance and Development Committees. Chris is also a member of the Board of Directors for Legal Services for Children, a Bay Area non-profit providing free legal representation to children and youth, where he also serves on the Finance Committee and is a panel attorney.
