Carolyn O’Neill

Administrative Assistant

Carolyn is a member of our Client Services team and assists clients with administrative support related to their portfolio, custodian statements, and other client service issues. She works closely with the Financial Advisors and other professionals to provide a direct communication conduit for clients to understand the work that the company does on their behalf. Carolyn is also responsible for greeting clients and answering the phones. She supports the Financial Advisors with scheduling appointments, running reports, and client correspondence, as well as supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.

Prior to joining Brouwer & Janachowski Carolyn worked as a real estate agent with Sotheby’s International Real Estate on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, specializing in the luxury second home market. Originally from the Bay Area, Carolyn also worked for many years as a professional photographer based in SE Asia.
